Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has announced the extension of its partnership with long-term partner Casumo. In a deal that will see GiG continue to provide its iGaming platform to Casumo until 2027, the online operator will also benefit from GiG’s new suite of solutions.
The extended agreement will allow Casumo’s Dunder brand to take advantage of GiG’s enhanced new frontend and marketing managed services, including customer relations management, search engine optimization, affiliate management, and casino lobby tools. Additionally, Dunder will leverage GiG’s advanced AI-led capabilities to improve decision-making and gain access to intelligent data insights, ultimately boosting acquisition and retention rates.
GiG’s extensive experience in the sector will also support Casumo in scaling up its business and operations across multiple core markets. The announcement comes after GiG unveiled next-generation iGaming and sportsbook solutions, creating further interest in its offerings in the lead-up to ICE 2024, a prestigious industry event.
Andrew Cochrane, GiG’s chief business officer, expressed high anticipation and expectations for the Dunder brand, emphasizing GiG’s mission to drive sustainable growth and profitability for its partners through product innovation and quality of service. Casumo’s chief operating officer, Tim De Borle, also praised the partnership, expressing excitement about the opportunities it presents for the Dunder brand and acknowledging GiG’s commitment to service management and innovative product development.
In other news, Casumo recently enhanced its responsible gambling (RG) and anti-money laundering (AML) capabilities through a deal with Neccton. This additional investment in player protection demonstrates Casumo’s dedication to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for its customers.
