Online casino giant has joined forces with Enteractive, a leading player conversion and reactivation company. The partnership will see Enteractive bolster Stake’s existing CRM services with tailored reactivation campaigns.

The main goal of this collaboration is to win back players and optimize revenue. Enteractive will focus on reactivating lapsed audience segments using their personalized approach to audience outreach. This will allow to target the churned segments of its player base.

Enteractive has over 15 years of experience in conversion and reactivation and is known as one of the top revenue generators in the global online casino sector. Founded in 2008, the company has engaged millions of players and, in 2023 alone, interacted with over 8.1 million players generating more than €59 million for global operators.

The company uses its in-house (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform to seamlessly integrate selected player bases and employs native-speaking agents to reach players in multiple jurisdictions. Through one-to-one phone conversations, Enteractive’s solutions have been proven effective in converting 16,000 players each month.
