Stake.com Teams Up with Enteractive to Reactivate Player Accounts
Online casino giant Stake.com has joined forces with Enteractive, a leading player conversion and reactivation company. The partnership will see Enteractive bolster Stake’s existing CRM services with tailored reactivation campaigns.
The main goal of this collaboration is to win back players and optimize revenue. Enteractive will focus on reactivating lapsed audience segments using their personalized approach to audience outreach. This will allow Stake.com to target the churned segments of its player base.
Enteractive has over 15 years of experience in conversion and reactivation and is known as one of the top revenue generators in the global online casino sector. Founded in 2008, the company has engaged millions of players and, in 2023 alone, interacted with over 8.1 million players generating more than €59 million for global operators.
The company uses its in-house (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform to seamlessly integrate selected player bases and employs native-speaking agents to reach players in multiple jurisdictions. Through one-to-one phone conversations, Enteractive’s solutions have been proven effective in converting 16,000 players each month.
Kelly Briffa, Enteractive’s B2B sales executive, expressed confidence in her team’s commitment to real one-to-one conversations. She believes that Enteractive’s approach will help Stake.com tap into hard-to-reach segments and achieve the desired results. Briffa emphasized the value that each call adds to both the player’s brand experience and bottom-line revenues.
Jarrod Febbraio, Director of Commercial at Stake.com, praised Enteractive for their specialized approach in re-engaging distinct player segments. He highlighted the effectiveness of the one-to-one approach in transforming non-funded and dormant player accounts. Febbraio is excited to see the collaboration maximize the Lifetime Player Value (LPV) for these segments and ultimately increase bottom-line revenues.
In addition to their partnership with Enteractive, Stake.com recently teamed up with Racing and Sports (RAS) Technology Holdings to power their horse racing offering.
This strategic collaboration between Stake.com and Enteractive aims to drive player reactivation and bring about sustainable growth in revenue for the online casino operator.
