The International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), a prominent advocate for integrity in the licensed betting industry, has announced that esports betting solutions provider Oddin.gg has become its newest member. With this partnership, Oddin joins a group of approximately 50 companies and over 125 leading sports betting brands.

Oddin.gg holds licenses in several North American jurisdictions, including Colorado, New Jersey, and Ontario, Canada. The company is actively seeking to expand its presence in the US market by exploring opportunities in additional states.

By joining the IBIA, Oddin solidifies the integrity organization’s position as the world’s premier operator-run integrity monitoring body. The IBIA, a non-profit organization, utilizes a global monitoring network to prevent corruption in sports and sports betting. It seeks to identify and report suspicious activity in regulated betting markets to enable relevant authorities to take appropriate action.

Vlastimil Venclik, CEO of Oddin.gg, expressed his team’s excitement about joining the IBIA and emphasized their commitment to upholding the “highest standards of integrity in esports betting.” He also highlighted the alignment of Oddin with a globally recognized leader in betting integrity.

Khalid Ali, CEO of the IBIA, welcomed Oddin.gg as a member and commended the company as a “leading global player in the esports betting environment.” He also praised Oddin’s desire to leverage the “best integrity protection” available.

In a separate development, the IBIA released its annual integrity report, revealing that it reported 184 suspicious betting matches in 2023. This figure represents a substantial year-on-year decline in suspicious games, demonstrating the efficacy of monitoring and sanctions in deterring fraud.
